Pfrimmer Nutricia hat ihren Firmensitz in Tennenlohe gegenüber vom Lehrstuhl für Computergraphik, an dem ich zur Zeit meine Masterarbeit schreibe. Nachdem meine Freundin Ernährungswissenschaften studiert und ich quasi täglich dort vorbeifahre, wollte ich mal nachsehen, was diese Firma denn so macht.

Aber leider lassen die mich nicht auf ihre Webseite. Weder Safari, noch Firefox sind zugelassene Browser. Stattdessen soll man sich einen veralteten nicht mehr aktuellen Internet Explorer installieren. Begründung: Die Webseiten wurden für diesen Browser optimiert. Optimiert? Eher wohl degeneriert!
Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich (siehe vorheriger Post über den Internet Explorer), dass manche Sachen von manchen Browsern anders dargestellt werden und man sich als Webdesigner (ich würde mich nicht als solcher bezeichnen) manchmal verbiegen muss, um ein einheitliches Bild für alle Browser zu schaffen. Aber warum muss man denn dann gleich bestimmte Usergruppen aussperren?

Update: Auch Firefox User unter Linux werden ausgesperrt!

Update2: Gerade ist mir aufgefallen, dass das dem Schockwellenreiter schon am 11.11.2004 aufgefallen ist!
