Comparison of C# and Objective-C

I only know little about the speciallities and perfides of C# and .NET, but, as Jesper does, I also miss generics in Objective-C. And although I haven’t used Visual Studio for years, I could Imagine some features are much better than its equivalents in XCode – Code Sense in XCode has many flaws…

Jesper comes to the conclusion:

What best sums up my feelings about Objective-C and C# is this: Objective-C+Cocoa is smaller and better defined, and scores a higher average level on the graph. However, C#+.NET’s extremes – both good and bad – are more pronounced. At its best, it’s above Objective-C+Cocoa by a good deal; at its worst, it’s right down the chasm with no hope of improving.
